Questions
Do I need a website?
No. For a lot of local trades, the Google profile is what customers see first. Kept up to date, it does much of the job a website does. If you'd like a website as well, I build a simple one-page site for £249. Your domain name is in your own name, at about £10 a year paid to the registrar.
Do you need my Google password?
No. You add me as a manager from your own account, and you can remove me any time.
My profile isn't claimed. Can you help?
Yes. Only the owner can claim it, but I'll walk you through it. It usually takes about ten minutes, plus Google's verification step.
Can you guarantee more calls?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. What I can promise is a profile that looks active and trusted, which is what customers check before they call.
What if I want to stop?
Tell me and I'll stop at the end of that month. No contract, no fee for leaving.
